Leadership report and glasses on a desk

You know your craft. The problem is your clients are starting to ask for proof.

The Dunholm Leadership Trainer Licence gives independent leadership facilitators access to one of the only independently evaluated online leadership programmes available to licence. The science, the evaluation results, the Efficacy Report - yours to use in proposals, pitches, and client conversations.

Designed by a leadership scientist from a world top 2% university.

Pilot evaluated across 30 managers on 4 continents.

All measures of leadership confidence, knowledge, and practical skill improved.

Verified and endorsed by eminent Leadership Professors.

The evaluation gap - and why it is costing facilitators contracts.

The corporate L&D market has changed. Clients who once accepted ‘it went really well’ as a measure of success are now asking different questions. They want pre and post data. They want evidence of behavioural change. They want a methodology they can present to their procurement team and their board.

Most independent facilitators cannot provide that. Conducting a pre/post evaluation study across multiple clients, using scientific instruments, and producing statistically significant results is not something a single consultant can do on a reasonable budget. The cost in time, expertise, and resource is prohibitive.

The result: facilitators with excellent delivery skills are losing pitches to providers who have the data — even when their actual programme is stronger.

The Dunholm Leadership Trainer Licence exists to change that.

What you will be licensed to deliver.

The Dunholm Leadership programme is structured across four stages and twenty modules, each grounded in peer-reviewed leadership and work psychology research. Below is the full programme architecture, and the client outcomes you will be positioned to evidence at the close of each stage.

Stage 01.

The New Science of Leadership

A foundational stage that replaces inherited assumptions about leadership with what the science actually shows. Across five modules, you will deliver: leadership fundamentals grounded in peer-reviewed research; the science of trust development and repair; how respected, legitimate leadership is earned without the people-pleasing; effective leadership of hybrid and remote teams; and the self-leadership skills that sustain leader effectiveness over time.

What you will be positioned to evidence for clients: Managers who can articulate the scientific foundations of effective leadership, with a personal leadership, with a personal leadership strategy grounded in evidence and ready to embed from day one.

Stage 02.

Nurturing Wellbeing & Managing Work Demands

A stage that addresses the wellbeing and resilience challenges most leadership programmes either skip or treat with platitudes. Across five modules, you will deliver: the science of wellbeing at work; recognising and protecting against burnout; addressing common manager struggles including imposter syndrome; understanding the spectrum of workplace stressors and how to respond to them; and evidence-based coping strategies for sustainable leader and team performance.

What you will be positioned to evidence for clients: Managers equipped with practical, science-backed tools to protect their own wellbeing and that of their teams — addressing one of the most pressing concerns on every L&D buyer’s agenda.

Stage 03.

The Science of Thriving Teams – how to build, energise & sustain high performance

A stage built around the behavioural science of motivation, engagement, and team performance. Across five modules, you will deliver: the psychology behind quiet quitting and amotivation; how to build high-performing teams sustainably; psychological safety as a practical leadership discipline; using failure as a driver of growth; and team identity as a performance lever.

What you will be positioned to evidence for clients: Managers who understand the psychological mechanisms behind team engagement and have a complete toolkit to build cultures that perform because they want to — directly addressing the engagement and performance challenges your clients raise most often.

Stage 04.

Resolving Team Conflict & Incivility - how to restore dignity & trust

A stage that addresses the leadership conversations most facilitators encounter requests for but few have evidence-based content to deliver on. Across five modules, you will deliver: recognising the spectrum of workplace incivility and tension; the documented harm incivility causes to performance and retention; evidence-based approaches to reducing mistreatment and motivating respect; and how to cultivate a microclimate of respect, dignity and inclusion.

What you will be positioned to evidence for clients: Managers equipped with the frameworks, language and confidence to handle the situations they have been avoiding — and to build environments where those situations (and formal grievances) are far less likely to arise.

A note on professional identity.

The Dunholm Leadership Trainer Licence is designed to elevate your practice, not replace your identity. You remain the expert. You remain the relationship. The licence adds a scientific foundation and a body of evaluated evidence your current materials cannot provide — it does not ask you to become a delivery agent for someone else’s brand. Your expertise, your delivery, your client relationships: all yours. The science and the evidence: now also yours.

FAQs

01.

Is the data transferable to my specific industry or client type?

Yes. Dunholm Leadership is grounded in universal human science and work psychology research — not content designed for a single industry or organisation type.

Pilot participants came from diverse sectors and geographies. Industry Application Guides for priority sectors (healthcare, financial services, technology, education, public sector) are in development and will be available to licensed facilitators.

02.

Can I present this under my own brand?

Yes. The licence permits delivery to your own clients under your own brand, with attribution to the Dunholm Leadership programme. You are not reselling Dunholm’s brand – you are delivering a programme with a verified scientific foundation. Your expertise and your client relationships remain entirely yours.

03.

If I start on Route A, can I switch to Route B later?

Yes. If you begin on Route A and find your Dunholm Leadership revenue growing past the break-even point, you can switch to Route B at your next annual renewal. There is no penalty for switching – it is simply the more commercially sensible choice at higher volume, and we will flag it proactively if the numbers suggest it.

04.

Is the content too academic for real leadership audiences?

No. The Dunholm Leadership programme was specifically designed to translate complex organisational psychology into plain-language, immediately applicable tools (think: annoyingly simple insights – be assured you don’t need a PhD to present the Dunholm Leadership programme). Pilot students rated the content 4.82/5 satisfaction, and consistently cited the practical tips, relatable examples, and accessible delivery style as what they valued most. The science informs the content – it does not dominate the delivery.

05.

Can I adapt the materials for virtual, in-person, or hybrid delivery?

Yes. The modular, four-stage architecture is designed for flexibility across delivery formats. Each stage can be delivered independently or as part of the full programme sequence.

06.

What happens after the 7-day review period?

If you choose not to proceed after the review period, and no commercial use has occurred during that time, the licence fee is refunded. If you proceed, the annual licence is confirmed and you have full access to all delivery materials, the Efficacy Report, and facilitator support.
